I am really, really embarred to ask this, but....?

My Toddler was playing today in our TV room while I was cleaning the next room over. I checked on her every 5 minutes or so- well the last time I went to check on her she had somehow gotten into my husband and my KY jelly (his/hers) except she only had the (his) one. The top was not off, but the bottle had felt sticky. We keep this in our TV hutch in the back and somehow she managed to find it. The reason it is kept there is because she sleeps in our room and thats where we keep that and our condoms. That is the only thing that is up there, nothing else. Anyways, just wondering if I would know if she ingested any- she isnt acting sick or anything like that, she is acting fine, but just for some reurance, I wanted to ask you guys your opinion? I again, am so embarred, but me being the worry wort that I am, I have to ask someone, and I cannot ask my Mom- She would be mortified, not to mention tell me how terrible of a Mother I am :(

I have a 6.5 year old beautiful 110 lb German Shepard. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Jan 08. We immediately had her rear leg amputated. After much research we decided to do no chemotherapy. We were told her life expectancy to be 4-6 months. Now we are approaching 11 months and she is declining rapidly. She has had infections which have been treated, had been expelling blood (about 2 months ago), and has urinary incontinence, based on the fact that it is difficult for her to go out. She must rest after walking 10 feet. Her breathing then becomes labored. She is very weak and can no longer easily get her backside up to walk without us slinging her to help her. Last night she had fecal incontinence, because she didn't wake us to go out. I know she doesn't feel well, but she is still eating and barking. We have her under vet care and they are very supportitive. What do we do?

What Could Be Wrong With My Horse?

My horse has got me stumped. He is an 11 year old Fjord Gelding. He is very sensitive and sweet natured. He loves his treats and grain, hay is in his opinion "eh okay". Yesterdy I got a call from the barn owner telling me my horse was laying down and not jumping up like usual when he see's people. He would eventually get up when you told him to. I took him, lunged him a little and there was no sign of lameness. All 4 feet were hot at first and then I came back 3 hours later and it was just the two fronts. He had no appetite for hay, only grain and his treats. Today, he wasn't obbessed with laying down, he was nibbling at his food (ate gr at turnout), pooped/peed, ate some bran mash (slowly), feet were no longer hot and not bloated. I gave him a handful of alfalfa mix hay and he ate it happily, I put some in his stall and he ate it, but about 30 minutes later went back to standing in the middle of his stall. When I came back to him to say hello, he started eating again. Once again theres no lameness, no heat in the feet.. just not too excited about eating/drinking, cantering on the lunge line (trotted fine), he's apooping/gy/pees and just seems a little depressed. One thing I havent done is taken his temp, I had to go buy one and will take it tonight. Any idea what could be the problem? I've already though about colic and laminitis but the signs dont make sense. Please be nice to me, i'm just curious if anybody else has seent his before.

How do I solder splice awg #6 wire to Amphenol (T) Ten-6 coax cable to use as a 1/2 wave dipole cb antenna?

I've tried a soldering gun@140 watts, but can't seem to get the awg#6 hot fast enough, to get the solder going. I would like to insert the braided (unbraided then hand twisted) coax outer mesh copper shield, and its center conductor, each into two separate awg#6 cable lengths (both halves of the dipole antenna), like a pencil into a sharpener. I keep getting cold welds though I've tried different types of solder and SP-30 paste flux. The soldering gun (140 watts) gets the wire hot but not enough it seems, though I can feel the heat traveling down the wire. How can I get this heavy gauge wire to accept the flux for a good splice (Electrical/Mechanical), before I melt or crystallize the insulator within the thinner coax cable? Would this give the best type of connection? Is awg#6 "too big" for use as a dipole antenna? Lastly, is there such a thing as a 5/8 wave homebrew dipole (horizontal) for use on both 10 and 11 meter band?

Didn't pay parking ticket fine and missed court in NY... ADVICE?

I got a speeding ticket 64 in 40. I went to the first court case plead not guilty and they gave me another date to come back and talk to the D.A. I did and they dropped it to a parking ticket, with $140 fine and driving school. I completed driving school and the court told me that if I payed the fine by Aug. 27th I would not have to come back to court, but if I didn't pay the fine by then to show up in court on the 27th with the money... I did neither.... I have been so messed up from Post Par tum Depression since I had my daughter Aug. 15th.... DO you think this will make a difference to them are they going to reinforce the speeding ticket? Or add more fines or both or what? Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to completely avoid them (some people are more prone than others) I would continue using a good moisturizer (palmers, or bio oil) and try to drink a lot water as well to keep your skin hydrated. Stretch marks will never go away completely, but do fade over time to a whiteish/silverish color. I got some at 38 weeks with my first on my stomach and about 6-7 months later they had faded and you could not notice them unless you were looking really close at my belly. Good luck

the day after I shave "down there" I get these painful red bumps over where the hair used to grow. It might be ingrown hairs, I don't know. Well learning a martial art alone isn't reliable because you can't see yourself and how your doing. It's better to take a cl. You can learn basic moves on your own but it would be more wortwhile to take a cl. My lamb's ear plant is dying :(?

I got this plant on the day I got home from the hospital, so it means a lot to me. It took awhile before I figured out what kind of plant it was. (Now know it's a lamb's ear) So as a result, I was taking improper care of it. The store had put it in a pot that said "SHADE" on it, so I'd kept it in the shade and over-watered it. Then when I learned this was wrong, I put it in the sun and changed the pot to a terra cotta one for better drainage. But I fear it may be too late, because it's still getting worse. The leaves are all wilty and turning yellow-orange and a bit crunchy now. There's only a few green leaves left. What to do? Can somebody help me save my plant?

I know a band that is not like most other alternative rock bands. They are Avemged Sevenfold. Theur uniqueness comes from the fact that they use orchestra related instruments in their band. This goes to almost every song they have made. Just listen to A Little Puece of Heaven and you will see what i mean. But they also use the traditional instruments like electric guitar, b, and drums. Also, my favorite thing about them is they use the piano as a lead instrument in alot of their songs!!! Im a piano player so thats why i like it when they have pianoin their songs. HP 533w computer only starts in safe mode screen?

I have an old HP computer (with ME) and haven't used it in years. I once had to use tech support to diagnose a problem and the guy had me start it using MSCONFIG which started it in a dos window that gave me the choice of safe mode, normal, custom. Ever since, it has booted up that way. If I don't make a choice it counts down 20 seconds then starts in normal. How can I get it to just start in windows in normal mode without me choosing or waiting for it to countdown?

i have been using Sally Hensen clear coat after I go to the salon for my nails... and it is great... never have an issue. I have also learned that when getting my nails done, to bring my polish. I just learned to swim, I can go a few meters free style, but sometimes I feel like I have to get back to the stand up position... Just Got 2 Red Ear Sliders 4 Days Ago And They Wont Eat?

Sept 27 They where picked up. would not eat tried Nutrafin Basic Floating Turtle Gammarus Pellets (came with turtles) fyi they are both about 1 1/2 inches. picked up Reptotreat gammarus natural shrimp on sept 28th one of them ate 2 shrimp other one wouldn't eat. sept 29th neither would eat. still neither eat. they are in a 10 gallon tank (recommended by store) there is no heater in the water atm but the water is staying at 78degrees i have a thin layer of the blue and white gravel u can get at any pet store (they are large enough i believe) then on the right side i mounded it higher sloped up so they can climb outta the water also have a larger rock for them to bask on. use a 60watt bulb atm from a flexible lamp. pointing down on to them. i used distilled water to fill the tank (poland spring) i rinsed the rocks off very well (water still got abit foggy a little white stuff on top of the water im worried about) i read that u are suppose to feed them one at a time in water but out side there tank. so i been putting them in a dish with a high rim filling it with (poland spring) at room temp 75-80degrees put a few pellets and shrimp in. please i am very worried about them have any ideas? i also believe they are males but it might still be to early to tell if that makes a difference.

I dont believe that is fully true it depends on the body, my sister in law pumped exclusively until her baby boy was a year and she just stored the milk. Are you getting enough rest( i know its hard with a newbaby) are you eating properly? Try to drink lots of liquids when you pump or nurse try to drink a gl of water while your pumping. Oatmeal for breakfast also can help they have tea's and pills and you can ask your dr if you need help or find a lactation consultant in your area. Ive had a 93 ford probe for about a month now, the car was sitting for a while when i purchased it, when i first started driving it it would stall, so i clicked the fuel pump reset on in the trunk and it didnt stall any more, been driving the car two and from work every day no problems, but i just now noticed it wont go over 5k rpms when in neutral and first, havent tried any other gears, could it be because the car was sitting for so long its the fuel injectors fuel pump or fuel filter? I'm 16 and last night my absolute best friend, whose a boy (I'm a girl) slept over at my house. I have a king single bed and we got in it to watch a movie, a scary one. We snuggled up while we watched it and then when it was over I turned off the TV and we just lay there. I was tense and we listened to each other breathing.... It was late, by the way, my parents were asleep in their bed up the other end of the house and my brother and his girlfriend were just chilling watching TV in their room. We were fully clothed but started wrestling and being stupid and we ended up hugging with his head nestled in my neck. It definitely wasn't a friendly innocent hug anyway. Anyway, he was wearing jeans and said they were annoying him so he slid them off. I laughed and said kinda flirtatiously that my top was too hot so I took it off so i was in my bra. Then he took off his tshirt so i took off my pants. now we just had underwear on and my bra. we were snuggling and it was really tense, it was so good to be so close but i was freaking out this wasn't what friends did! i casually rolled over so i wasn't facing him and just as i was thinking of getting out of bed to get dressed he reached over and flicked open my bra. i laughed and held the cups back over so i didn't expose myself. he gently was tugging at the straps and i found myself pressing against him again. i came to my senses and laughed and slapped him away and reclasped my bra and pulled my pyjamas back on. i threw his to him so he had to get dressed again. that night we slept in the same bed which kinda freaked out my parents although i ured them nothing happened (cough). the next day, there was no awkwardness and we just went about our business as usual, watching tv laughing talking, etc. it's almost like he likes me except we've been down this path before of kind of liking each other but not, back and forth and it's never worked. what do i do, i feel so confused

Can snakes just change their preference on frozen vs live rats over night?

I have a ball python and he has always eaten frozen rats. I thaw them under hot water and make sure they are a good temp. Well, the past four weeks it's been a struggle to get him to actually eat. He has been almost refusing to eat the rat. After about 30-45 minutes he'll lay on it and toy with it then finally eat it, almost like he's bored with it. So, a couple days ago my husband decided to try a live rat. The snake pounced on it so fast and ate it up no problem. Can snakes change their preferences like that and is it okay to just continue to feed him live rats for now on even though all he's eaten his whole life is frozen?

I have a b from Ibanez that uses PJ pickups together and i'm wondering if the two pickups will work well together. it has a rear and front pickup knobs for the p and j pickups and one tone knob. when opening up the volume knob of the two at the same time, will it have a nice balanced sound? i never got a chance to hear them together since most of the guitar shops with bes only have either a p or j pickup, not both.

for the most part, what you will find is most any tankless water heater as long as its set up for operation on propane will run sufficiently on a 20# propane tank... what you wont find however is the propane tank itself wont last very long.... possibly at most 45minutes of constant use..... im going to ume here that this is going to be used for some sort of mobil application, as long as you can take a quick 5 minute shower you should be able to get a weekend out of a 20# tank..... taking into count that a 20# tank is only 75% full when new!

No clue about Scotland. In the states for the most part you can have your degree in any area but you must have at least a BA/BS to be a k-12 teacher. There are state mandated tests that a teacher must p to get licensed and that is how they decide if you have sufficient knowledge in the area you plan on teaching to get certified. Depending on how close you are to getting your BA in the states you might be able to get a Probationary certificate.

What to wear for my first day?

Okay well last week I had an interview/ testing/ everything with a call center that I got hired on at and I was seriously over dressed, I wore a black and red top, nothing fancy, and black slacks with low heels. Everyone else showed up in jeans, T-shirts, and sneakers. The interviewer even wore capri's and flip-flops lol. So today is going to be my first day and everyone is telling me to dress really nice again but they said buisness casual, which my husband (who also works there) said is just nothing revealing. But now I'm scared I will go in Jeans and a T-shirt and everyone else will be in slacks and skirts. Btw I see people come out everyday in pj pants and house shoes. I'm torn, casual to fit in or nice because its a first day??? Ugh!!!! Help :(

My 68 mother, is now going through menopause.. its really affecting her?

... hot flashes , especially at night.. so she isn't sleeping well at all. moodiness, irritability.. can't concentrate and so on. As her daughter, really feel for her. I do not think that you should give up. The fact that you were able to bounce back so many times and become successful once again shows that you have the drive and determination that it takes. I would highly recommend that you get some type of insurance for your belongings in case of any damaged property from an accidental incident. The economy is hurting right now and businesses are filing bankruptcy left and right and people just aren't investing and spending money like they used to. My car loan has been handed over to an underwriter, what does that mean?

I traded in my 03 Cavalier, or am trying to trade it in for a 08 Caliber. I signed my half of the paperwork that night, however my co-signer resides about an hr away and hasn't signed his half. The paperwork is not complete and the loan has been handed over to an underwriter. However they allowed me to drive of the lot in the new car. At the time of signing we presented the co signers license, last three yrs of W-2's, and a current check stub, along with my check stub. How do I deal with the pain of abuse and betrayal from a husband who professed to be Christian?

While dating my husband did everything which made me believe he was a dedicated Christian--we went to church together, did devotions and bible study. Shortly after marrying him I found out he was not who he portrayed himeself to be. There has been physical,emotional and verbal abuse. I'm separated from him now but feel tremendous pain that he could deceive me this way and still blame me for the marriage breakdown.
