R+P! What are the best alternative bands in your opinion?

I know a band that is not like most other alternative rock bands. They are Avemged Sevenfold. Theur uniqueness comes from the fact that they use orchestra related instruments in their band. This goes to almost every song they have made. Just listen to A Little Puece of Heaven and you will see what i mean. But they also use the traditional instruments like electric guitar, b, and drums. Also, my favorite thing about them is they use the piano as a lead instrument in alot of their songs!!! Im a piano player so thats why i like it when they have pianoin their songs. I just love Avenged Sevenfold SO MUCH!!!!
