How can i get a girl to open up?

Next time you get together, Actually do it in a place were there are not as many distractions. And just say something by way of an introduction of yourself that she already doesn't know of. And proceed to say , look I really am feeling you. But you seem so closed off. I would like to know more about you, and would like you to get to know me better. I'm just wondering if there is something keeping you from doing this? Or is this how you roll? And say, Look, this is me in a nutshell! Speak your mind! And if she straight up just doesn't want to go that route, then maybe you need to move along. I hope whatever way you approach this thing you are looking for in this girl works out for you! You really seem like a great person!
