Somebody please help! Im so sick, whats wrong with me?

I dont have a doctor and Im really sick, my throat and chest is congested with mucus, I cant breath and my legs are cramping, I have a high fever and I cant get up to walk and when i do, i get really dizzy. Whats wrong with me and what medication should I take?
