We are all born from the same source? Thus there is a problem with Individuality?

We may be born from the same source but you have to remember that we r the product of our influences ( mainly environment). This makes every one different because there is no 2 people in the world who grew up in the same exact environment. lol i dont no if this answered your question coz some of it didn't seem to make sense in my grade 9 mind. -_- but w.e
