1.What is the significance of Darcy's letter to Elizabeth (chp.35)?

oh well basically ya u should ask about the pros and cons but u should also mention why darcy wrote the letter. he basically wrote it to tell elizabeth that the mean guy (i forget his namee) is actually mean and how he ran away with his sister and his sister has never been the same and stuff. well yea the letter is better that way too but in the movie, he actually comes in and hands her the letter so darcy probably found out that elizabeth and him would have like a dispute about it so to avoid any confusion he wrote a letter. and he really liked writing so thats something to consider too .... idk if this helped but hopefully!
