Anyone who knows about FHA and lending please HELP!?

I live in ny. I submitted everything that countrywide asked for and I paid for the appraisal by sending them a check. After about 2 weeks cw called me and said that i needed to show 2 more non traditional tradelines. They never mentioned this b4. They only wanted my rental history. Everything else was in my husbands name and hes not on the loan. MY loan is suspended until I can show them the non traditional tradelines. Im a bit ticked off becasue I had to pay $430 for the appraisal and now they came back and said this. They said they are following FHA guidlines but this isnt a guidleline they just made it was required before and should of been brought up b4 I paid for appraisal.Should I be refunded my $ if this ends up getting denied? Also is this something that countrywide can still approve since they have their own underwritters or do they have to follow fha. Ive done everything they asked and had to even sell my vehicle. I have all of my closing costs in the bank and had to show proof and I have to show them 2 months of mortgage payments in the bank. I do not have a single non traditional bill in my name just to make that clear when you answer!! Thanks
