Hi everyone how do ye become snowboard instructor ?

Hi i was working in Livigno in Italy and did a lot of snowboarding id like to be able to become a snowboard instructor do you have to be really good or will the teach you in the course and which is the best place to become snowboard instructor any info greatly appricated. Kenny Rocker :)
