HP 533w computer only starts in safe mode screen?

I have an old HP computer (with ME) and haven't used it in years. I once had to use tech support to diagnose a problem and the guy had me start it using MSCONFIG which started it in a dos window that gave me the choice of safe mode, normal, custom. Ever since, it has booted up that way. If I don't make a choice it counts down 20 seconds then starts in normal. How can I get it to just start in windows in normal mode without me choosing or waiting for it to countdown?
