Does anyone have any knowledge of a company, based in the UK called Promo Wave Group?

I've just today received an email from someone who claims to represent Promo Wave Group. She wrote that she has seen my CV on a popular job search site and that I fit the criteria for a position Promo Wave Group wishes o fill immediately. But, when I did a web search I found absolutely nothing. This has me more than a bit wary that this email is something not quite what it wants to appear to be.
